Instructor: Lois Lawton, Horticulturist

A gift for the birds or bird lovers – this workshop will show you how to create outdoor tree ornaments that birds will love to devour. Join Lois Lawton as she crafts beautiful raisin strands, mixed bouquets of seed-bearing flowers, and grains and suet cones to feed nuthatches, ruby-crowned kinglets, woodpeckers, and more. Please bring wire cutters, work gloves, and a box to take projects home.

Lois Lawton is a floral designer/arranger at Winterthur Museum and Country Estate. Previously she was a senior gardener at Nemours Mansion and at Longwood Gardens.
